Dr. Sumesh Kumar holds Ph. D, M. Phil and M.A., degrees in economics and MBA degree in finance. During over 20 years of working experience, he worked with different organizations and is well versed in industry projects, practical implications of economic theories, methods of data collection and analysis, designing curriculum, academic administration and analyzing government policies for economics and industry. He has completed many research projects in the area of economics, health and life skills. He has published various articles in leading Indian newspapers and research papers in the field of economics and management. He has been a key speaker in national and international conferences and attended several workshops and seminars.

He received his Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Administration from Institute of Management Studies, YMCA, New Delhi in 2001. Since then he has been part of various National Health Programmes. After twenty years of illustrious career, Dr. Pankaj is pursuing his passion for Healthcare Finance.

Ekta Saroha is a Doctor of Public Health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with over 20 years of experience in implementing public health programs in India. As a seasoned Epidemiologist and Social Scientist, she is passionate about applying quantitative research methods to address health disparities. Dr Ekta has extensive experience in teaching and training health professionals in study designs, hypothesis testing, statistical methods, data analysis, and scientific writing. Her publications in international and national peer-reviewed journals focus on infectious diseases epidemiology and health disparities. Ekta is a keen learner; she completed her master’s in Social Work from Jamia Millia Islamia and bachelor’s in Geography from Miranda House. She has basic competence in creative writing and basic fluency in Spanish. Ekta is now on a journey to master data science and artificial intelligence to maximize her impact in public health. Ekta is a fitness enthusiast who has spotted many hidden gems while trekking in India and abroad.

She is external assessor for the National Quality Assurance Standards by the Ministry of Health and Family welfare, Government of India.
She is currently working with International Institute of Health Management Research, New Delhi as Associate Professor. Dr. Nidhi has experience of thirteen plus years in hospital operations and Quality management.
