IT department has well-qualified staff members with 4 to 15 years of experience. The qualifications vary from PhD, MCA, BCA, B.Sc.-IT, and to Advance Diploma in Computer Hardware & Software, Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking Engineering, Diploma in Systems & Networking, MCP, MCSE, CCNA, Diploma in Digital Marketing, Google certification in Digital Marketing. IT staff provide technical support and knowledge sharing with students and staff as and when required.
All major systems and application software’s are available with their instructional kits. The kits are available in both soft and hard copies. Some of the kits are used regularly and are available in the IT department and provided to the students/staff members on demand. Other kits are available in the library. (E.g. Installation guide of application/ system software, Manuals of statistical packages like SPSS, Language Lab – trainer manuals/courseware.)
The Institute has various utility software for staff such as Endnote, Microsoft 365 Suite, Microsoft Teams, ZOOM Meeting, Cloud based Official Email service, One drive and many others. For Students institute provide official email service, online classes/lectures on Microsoft Teams and ZOOM platform, institute is also conducting online exams for courses taught and other academic needs.
IIHMR Delhi has anti-plagiarism software “Turnitin “for staff and students to check the originality of their work.
Institute Classrooms and training halls are digitally equipped, Echo proof with Interactive Display screen (IDS) device, quality audio and video projection system in place to enhance students learning experience, Deliver quality training and Management development programs.
Computer laboratories are well-resourced and have computer systems with standard configuration. The number of computers is in compliance with AICTE norms. The licensed software is installed in labs as per academic requirements and technical support is available to all the students for their lab activities and remote support for outside campus as well. Computer Labs are used by students for their course work and assignments, presentations, practice sessions, printing of documents and other course material.
The IT department has application servers with uninterrupted power supply back up facility. The systems are connected through centralized LAN, Online UPS connectivity is provided for uninterrupted working in the Lab. The labs are also equipped with dedicated Laser printers for students and Staff.
All Computers are centrally connected to the intranet through Wired / Wireless LAN connectivity and resources are shared among users. Various software’s are used for administrative work performed by different departments, are installed on intranet servers, centralized on-campus and off-campus data backup solutions deployed. Network based software for students/faculty is also installed on these intranet servers. Official communication is done using the underlying network which helps the organization to function as a paperless organization.
The internet services are provided through high-speed Internet lease line connectivity with provision of backup line. A centralized user authentication system is in place to provide controlled internet accessibility to all full time/part time users as well as students.
All the Staff and Faculty members are provided with dedicated computers/laptop, email id and internet access id for their official work. The campus has Wi-Fi hotspots for staff, students and guests to access the internet round the clock. The student recreational activities are also supported by IT infrastructure. News, events, information related to academics and other notices related to recreational activities are also electronically circulated.

The academic programs at IIHMR are conducted both on campus and through virtual mode. We also deliver AICTE approved online courses and trainings for which Microsoft teams, Zoom, Google meet are used with upgraded versions with chat facility options, so that the students can ask their doubts and get them clarified in real time without hampering their professional life.
But, now a formal academic or education Learning Management System (LMS) is available to cater the academic needs of every single student associated with us across the globe. Students log in and attend instructor-led training (ILT) sessions or read online material. They also complete tests and get graded by their teachers, all inside the same platform.
IIHMR uses CRM software for admissions to prioritize the potential leads and keep the track over staging of leads which helps the admissions team to nurture the same. And make it available to Academic team to schedule selection process of the interested candidates who applied and register and completed the application for the courses. Here, software automation is deployed with the learning management system Digiicampus, paid and completed application forms pushed to Digiicampus for further intervention with the flows and processes in place.

Admission Management: Paid application forms for admissions are managed on the platform which includes their application management processes, post admission document verification process and then they are eligible for student management.
Student Management: Students are registered on the LMS through this module. Their Bio profiles are updated here, and they are assigned under the course.
Fee Management: Students can pay their course fees, supplementary examination fees, and other applicable charges. Students receive notifications and reminders for their due fees, overdue fees and
Academic Management: Students login with their issued credentials and access course related information such as course material, recorded lectures, Online scheduled lectures sprints, attendance schedule captured through face recognition based biometric attendance. Students attend their assessments such as discussions, quizzes, assignments, at the same time they can upload and share with the faculties.
Examination Management: IIHMR conducts examination using examination module of Digiicampus. This module helps us in Mapping and tracking of Course outcomes (CO) and program outcomes (PO) and its attainment levels. Additionally, it streamlines the examination module for examination department, academic team and students. Examination department roll out schedule for coming examination date and time, Hall Number, Hall tickets (Admit Card) and finally publish the results online on Digiicampus. This module helps in avoiding duplication and facilitates proper documentation and record keeping.
Campus Help Management: This module facilitates all the internal stakeholders of IIHMR. Faculties, staff and students to raise their service requests to concerned departments. Additionally, it helps Administration, IT, Academic, Library, Finance & Accounts departments to keep track of services.
Moodle Learning Management system: IIHMR uses Moodle Learning Management software for short terms courses, certifications and training programs. Moodle facilitates participants or students to take scheduled live lectures and recorded lectures, Quizzes, assignments, Pre-tests, Post tests Assignments, and discussions to clarify their doubts.
