IIHMR Delhi Alumni Meet 2025
The International Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR) Delhi organized its annual Alumni Meet, Samvayan 2025, on April 11, 2025, at the IIHMR Delhi campus. Despite challenging weather conditions, around 55 alumni managed to attend the event in person, reflecting their enduring connection with the institute.
The event commenced with a warm welcome by Dr. Sutapa B. Neogi, Director of IIHMR Delhi. She graciously felicitated the members of the Alumni Association and expressed her heartfelt gratitude to all alumni for their enthusiastic response and presence, despite the inclement weather and their demanding schedules.
As part of the festivities, Mr. and Ms. Alumni were selected based on their active participation and enthusiasm during the event. The alumni fondly shared their experiences, reminisced about their time at IIHMR Delhi, and enthusiastically took part in group activities, including singing and dancing.
The event was a resounding success, leaving attendees feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and committed to nurturing strong bonds within the alumni network. The evening concluded with a delightful dinner and a lively DJ night.
IIHMR Delhi Alumni Meet 2024
IIHMR Delhi hosted its Annual Alumni Meet on 17 February 2024 at the Jacaranda Hall, India Habitat Centre. The event was a vibrant celebration of memories, emotions, and camaraderie, as alumni—both recent and longstanding—gathered to relive their college days and reconnect with classmates and faculty members.
Around 120 alumni from across the country attended the meet, representing batches ranging from recent graduates to those who passed out over a decade ago. The registration process was smooth and well-organized, with the Alumni Committee extending a warm and enthusiastic welcome to all attendees.
Dr. Sutapa B. Neogi, Director of IIHMR Delhi, formally welcomed the alumni and shared key updates about the Institute, including developments in infrastructure, new academic collaborations, course offerings, and recent initiatives aimed at enhancing student welfare. Mr. Naveen Vashisht, President of the Alumni Association, also addressed the gathering, reminiscing about his time at the Institute and expressing his delight at the strong alumni turnout.
The event included a special felicitation ceremony, during which the Director and Dean honoured all members of the Alumni Association for their continued contributions and support. Following the formal proceedings, attendees had the opportunity to mingle, reconnect, and share cherished memories over dinner. The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Niraj Dave, former Vice-President of the Alumni Association.
The evening was filled with warmth, laughter, and nostalgia—reflections of a strong, enduring bond between the Institute and its alumni.
IIHMR Delhi Alumni Meet 2023
Alumni Meet 2023 was held on 25th February 2023 at the Silver Oak Lawn, India Habitat Centre, starting from 6 PM. The evening commenced with a warm welcome address by Dr. Sumesh Kumar, Dean (Academics & Student Affairs).
The event featured a musical performance by the Director, Dr. Sutapa B. Neogi, followed by vibrant dance performances by the current batch of students. Alumni enthusiastically took part in various interactive activities throughout the evening.
Alumni from the 2010 to 2022 batches attended the meet. The evening began with registration, after which the program unfolded with joy and nostalgia. 100 plus alumni were part of the event.
To conclude the event, a delicious dinner was served, offering everyone the opportunity to reconnect and share memories. The evening ended on a gracious note with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Preetha, Dean (Research).
IIHMR Delhi Alumni Meet 18th December 2021
IIHMR Delhi organized an alumni meet on 18th December 2021 at India Habitat Centre, Delhi. Dr. S D Gupta, Trustee Secretary and Dr. Sutapa B. Neogi Director, IIHMR Delhi addressed the gathering and emphasized upon the importance of alumni coming back to their alma mater. Students of ongoing batch had organized a cultural event. The meet concluded with a grand network dinner.

Alumni Conference February 2018
IIHMR Delhi organized its first Alumni Conference Reconnect (Recent Advances in Hospital, Health & Health Information Technology - an update) on 3rd February 2018.The event brought together some 30 Alumni from IIHMR Delhi as well as Jaipur along with the current batch students. The chief guest for the event was Dr. Neeraj Kumar Sethi, Former Advisor, (Health), Planning Commission of India, Former Director, National Institute of Health & Family Welfare and Guest of Honors were Dr. Shubh K. Kumar Range, core group member for Evaluation Community of India (ECOI), Founder member for South Asia Community of Evaluators (CoE-SA) and Dr. BVLN Rao, Independent Consultant, Core group member for Evaluation Community of India. Three panel discussions were held in the area of public health management, hospital management and health- IT management. The themes for the respective areas were: Value of evidence in improving India’s healthcare, The Hospital of the Future: A Data-Driven Care Journey and Personalized Healthcare in The Digital Age. The session was concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr Suptendra Sarbadhikari, Dean- Academic and Students Affairs, IIHMR Delhi.

Alumni Meet 2016
The 6th Alumni Meet of IIHMR Delhi was organized on 22nd October 2016 at IIHMR, Delhi campus. Ms. Divya Aggarwal, Alumni Relations Incharge welcomed the attendees. Further, she stressed on the campus experiences that alumni undergo contributed immensely to take on the future roles and responsibilities. Dr. Ashok K Agarwal, Dean- Academics then spoke on the importance of alumni. Dr. Dipanjan Roy, A.Director- IIHMR Delhi shared his experience with the Alumni.
This was followed by a fun & frolic program for alumni by the current batch of students. The event concluded with a grand dinner and pre Deepawali celebrations.
2nd PAN Alumni Meet 2016
The 2nd PAN Alumni Meet of IIHMR was organized on 19th March 2016 at India Habitat Centre, Delhi. The formal session started with welcome address by the Alumni Relations Incharge, Ms. Divya Aggarwal, A.Professor- HR & OB who started with a saying “Nobody is bothered about an institution more than its alumni” and emphasized on alumni using the influence to direct the development of society positively. She further inspired alumni to uphold good morals and act as an inspiration to the society. Subsequently, a quick round of introduction of the alumni was conducted where they had expressed their appreciation for the IIHMR institutions and its role in their development. Thereafter, Dr. Ashok K Agarwal, Dean- Academics addressed the Alumni with the achievements of IIHMR and also expressed his gratitude for alumni’s presence. Later, Dr. A. K. Khokhar, Director- IIHMR Delhi addressed the gathering and emphasized upon the importance of alumni coming back to their alma mater and said that the alumni of the institute are the ‘Brand Ambassadors’ for the Institute and the existing batch of students can take advantage of their guidance and expertise by developing good networking with these alumni. The event was made entertaining by a series of ice breaking sessions and games conducted by current batch Alumni representatives. The event was concluded with vote of thanks by Ms. Ekta Soni, Alumni relation officer-Jaipur and grand network dinner. Overall 55 alumni turned up at the event. We expect the number would increase every year.
