Dr. Sumesh Kumar holds Ph. D, M. Phil and M.A., degrees in economics and MBA degree in finance. During over 20 years of working experience, he worked with different organizations and is well versed in industry projects, practical implications of economic theories, methods of data collection and analysis, designing curriculum, academic administration and analyzing government policies for economics and industry. He has completed many research projects in the area of economics, health and life skills. He has published various articles in leading Indian newspapers and research papers in the field of economics and management. He has been a key speaker in national and international conferences and attended several workshops and seminars.

Associate Dean- Training & Capacity Building Associate Professor
Dr. Divya is currently Associate Dean- Training and Capacity Building & Associate Professor with IIHMR Delhi. She has more than a decade association with IIHMR Delhi and has served in various capacities, viz., Associate Dean- Academics & Student Affairs, Associate Dean- Admissions & Accreditations and Assistant Dean- Research. She did her Ph.D in Management from prestigious Amity University, Noida. She did her M.B.A specializing in Human Resources and Finance from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. She has more than 18 years of Academic, training and research experience and has diverse knowledge of the health systems. Led the first cycle of NAAC accreditation, demonstrating her commitment to quality standards and successfully got ‘A’ grade for the institution.She has trained more than 700 health professionals in various capacities. She is an expert on long-term success. For the past decade she devoted her energy to the investigation of long-living corporations - how they grow, adapt, and consistently beat their competitors. She has recently completed training of 9 batches of NHM-Odisha officials in the domain of Public Health Financial Management. She was awarded 2 AICTE ATAL Academy FDP Programs on Conflict Management and teamwork. Additionally, she has trained 34 officials of NHSRC (Government of India) in the domain of Organizational behavior. She had carried out research project on workload assessment of ANMs funded by UNICEF and has carried out various projects related to strategy and HR viz., strategy evaluation, workforce planning, etc. She has conducted Attitude Survey of Employees of Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC Bank Ltd) on 16 parameters on All India Basis and made Action Plan. She has conducted various trainings and workshops on areas related to Organizational behavior in various organizations and b-schools.

Professor & Dean (Research)
Dr.Preetha G S, Professor and Dean Research in IIHMR Delhi, did her MBBS from Government Medical College, Trivandrum and MD in Community Health Administration from the National Institute of Health and Family Welfare(NIHFW), New Delhi. With more than two decades of sectoral experience, she plays a pivotal role in providing key inputs to the research agenda and activities of the institute. Dr. Preetha has extensive experience in health systems research, programme and project management, training and teaching. As an academician and researcher, she has played an important role in strengthening health systems of the country through her research projects as well as through teaching and capacitating human resource. She has led research projects in diverse areas of public health, funded by national and international agencies. She has also published articles in national and international journals. During her career in IIHMR, she has instilled learnings in Epidemiology, Healthcare Quality, Research Methodology, Health systems etc to the Masters’ students of Health and Hospital Management In her earlier assignments, she has worked with Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) Government of India; NIHFW and United Nations Development Programme, New Delhi in various capacities.
