Over a decade long experience in the ICT domain across a broad number of technical areas, in India and Europe (Finland, Estonia and Switzerland) He is a Research and technical expertise in Cyber Security, Social Media Networks, ICT for development (health, governance, education), Mobile communication, Telecommunication software and others. Have filed/granted over a dozen technology patents with US and India patent office and contributed chapters in three books related to Health and Energy sector innovations linked to ICT and other multiple publications. He has Invited speaker/guest lecturer on ICT and innovation at multiple forums and academic institutions including IIM, IIIT Delhi – CERC, Indian Institute of Public Administration, Jamia Milia Islamia University and others. Mr. Gaur has received multiple innovation awards and a documentary film made on our ICT4D work shown globally (Documentary link: www.tve.org/reframing-rio/films/life-apps/mobileharvest-india/index.html). Was awarded top 10 Innovators in India under India Innovates Growth Program 2013 by FICCI, Stanford University and Lockheed Martin. Adept in Malware Analysis - undertaken training/course offered by F-Secure (a Finnish cyber security leader), Analyzing various security threats and running live analysis on malwares of different kind. Mr. Gaur has fifteen years of Project Management experience with assignments globally and proven track record with building partnerships and leading negotiations. He directly manages a 15-member multidisciplinary team of consultants within MixORG Consulting Services and worked with a channel of over 50 external consultants on ad hoc project basis.
