5. “ Organized the IPATHCON 2023 – Foundations in Transgender Healths & Advanced Gender Affirmative Care Workshop from 26th to 27th Nov 2023 at IIHMR New Delhi and from 28th to 29th Nov at AIIMS New Delhi as Chief Organizing Secretary”
6. Organized various Blood donation camps for our Model Blood Bank of Medical College hospital under the department of Pathology. Arranging an average of more than 17000 blood units and more than 100 blood donation camps in a year. 
7. Active participant in nationally sponsored schemes and programs laid down by the government of India from time to time like swach bharat abhiyaan, Pradhan Mantri swasth yogna, bal sharavan yojna,  bal hriday yojana, etc. 
8. Developing Hospital Annual Statistics and health information booklet for the medical college hospital which was released every year. It contains all the information related to the OPD, IPD, Death, Bed Occupancy, Lab and diagnostic investigations, IMR, MMR, Infection rate, Admissions and discharges, blood bank, Neonatal statistics, ICD coding details, etc. 
9. Developing the training module for the Hospital Bio-Medical Waste Management for the nursing staff, paramedics, OT staff, and other allied staff members of the hospitals. 
10. Distribution of blankets and clothes to poor people or underprivileged indoor and outdoor patients at the hospital during winter and every quarter.
11. The facility of wheelchairs and stretchers for the destitute, unknown, poor, chemotherapy cancer patients and needy people in the hospitals. A separate counter was established with round a clock help assistant. 
12. Patient carts for pregnant, old aged, disabled patients, cancer patients, and orthopedic patients who visit the hospital and they can easily reach the respective department, OPD, or O.T. 
13. Arrangement of a dormitory for the poor and underprivileged patients, Chemotherapy cancer patients, unknowns, and the destitute who come to the hospital for their treatment in the hospital. 
14. Coordinating with the police administration and district collector to accommodating those patients who are destitute or unknown in old age homes or shelters. 
15. Coordinating with the police administration and district collector for taking care of those psychiatric patients who are unknown, destitute, or have been left alone by their family members to send them either to a mental hospital or treated ones to old age homes. 
16. Special vaccination drives for outsourced healthcare workers who work in hospitals, especially for housekeeping/ sanitation workers, nursing staff, and security guards who are prone to infection. 
17. Coordinated with the district administration, police, and municipal bodies for the disposal of the COVID dead bodies for their disposal as per their rituals during the COVID pandemic waves. 
18. Arrangement of food & clothes for the poor, needy, destitute, and underprivileged patients in the hospital free of cost by doing local tie-ups with the Religious Sanstha / organizations, and Sikh communities.

Free-of-cost disability treatment week held at Medical College Hospital with the association of the department of Orthopedics. Patients suffering from a congenital disability or disability caused due to injury were operated on and treated and some were provided the specially designed wheelchairs.
